  • Are 18 Years or older
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Live in the 9 county Memphis Metro Area
  • Demonstrate the ability to earn a Silver Level National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC)
  • Can Describe your Employment Status as one of the following...

    • Underemployed: Seeking Full Time Employment but are employed part-time or employed full-time but making less than $15/hour
    • Unemployed Workers: Seeking Full Time Employment
    • Incumbent Workers: Underrepresented in the targeted industry (including women and minorities).
